Self-catering
Weekend rate (Friday pm – Sunday pm): £1,000
Seven days rate (Friday pm – Friday am): £2,000
A 25% deposit is required for bookings of the whole barn and self-catering.
Full payment on arrival. Card details held as security against booking and may be used in the event of cancellation, damage to property and/or contents and non payment.

Anstey Grove Barn cancellation* policy (*or no show)
Although we only take credit card details to confirm bookings the following charges may be made against your card on the date your stay should have commenced in the event of a cancellation by you at the following levels:
BED AND BREAKFAST 25% of total if cancelled after confirmation of booking; 50% of total if cancelled within 30 days of proposed stay; 100% of total if cancelled within 7 days of proposed stay
SELF CATERING & FULL BARN BOOKINGS Entire barn, self catering or multi-room bookings that are cancelled then the full rental cost will be fully charged unless we are able to re-let the barn/ rooms.
The full tariff will be due on your booked arrival day, (a full invoice will be forwarded to you on the day your account is debited) and the debit/credit card given to pay deposit will be charged the amount due.
We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
