Credit card details are required for all bookings.

A 25% deposit is required for bookings of the whole barn and self-catering.
Full payment prior to arrival. Card details held as security against booking and may be used in the event of cancellation, damage to property and/or contents and non payment.

Anstey Grove Barn cancellation* policy (*or no show)

Although we only take credit card details to confirm bookings the following charges may be made against your card on the date your stay should have commenced in the event of a cancellation by you at the following levels:

SELF CATERING & FULL BARN BOOKINGS Entire barn, self catering or multi-room bookings that are cancelled then the full rental cost will be fully charged unless we are able to re-let the barn/ rooms.

The full tariff will be due on your booked arrival day, (a full invoice will be forwarded to you on the day your account is debited) and the debit/credit card given will be charged the amount due.

We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Self catering terms and conditions

 

The person responsible for the booking is over 21 years old and takes full responsibility for the booking and payment thereof when requested at time of booking and to leave credit/debit card details with the authorisation that the owners of Anstey Grove Barn may deduct any unpaid rental amounts and any amounts for damage caused during the rental period by the occupants and/or visitors during that time, and also that person agrees to;

a. To pay for any losses or damage to the barn and or its contents
b. To take good care of the barn and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure including correct use of recycling procedures. Anstey Grove Barn reserves the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition
c. To permit the owners and their agents reasonable access to the property
d. Not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the original party booked in.
e. Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description (12) unless previously agreed with Anstey Grove Barn and confirmed in writing.
f. Not to sell or transfer the booking to another party without Anstey Grove Barns agreement
g. Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises
h. Not to smoke in the barn
i. Not to bring a pet to a property
j. Not to use any candles within the barn
K. Ensure that each under 18 year old is accompanied by an adult of 21 years or more
l. Ensure that he/she has full understanding of emergency exits, smoke alarm operation, gas cooker controls and log burner workings and controls
